The NF/NP series is responsible for making nuts by using five-die stations.
At the sixth and final station, an inspection process can be integrated for pierced hole detection, and it has prevented quality parts from becoming mixed.
In addition, six or seven die stations have been produced in the NF series. They can produce hollow parts at a high speed, acting like a simplified parts former.
Our imported production equipment enables the manufacturing of sleeve-type roller hollow pins within the following dimensional ranges:
There are five to seven die station formers, which cover a wide variety of products.
Individual cassette-type transfer chucks (open-close chuck, 180-degree turn-and-across chuck, CS transfer chuck) give you the option to set up the best transfer configuration. We have the largest jumbo former in the industry with its 13,000kN forging capacity. Our formers are used to produce automotive parts, construction bolts, etc. that are used in modern society today.
